Should you get a waxed or an unwaxed cover? It all depends on what you want to use your cover for. Waxed covers are the best choice for longer term storage, covered with a layer of 100% pure organic beeswax, the layer of wax helps to make your cover more airtight and helps to keep the moisture in your food for longer time. Unwaxed covers are great for short term storage (things that you will use soon) fermentations, rising dough, protecting fruit from fruit flies and transporting food

How To Use
Waxed - wipe with damp cloth hang to dry.
Leave the cotton bowl cover to air dry.
Due to this being a natural material expect 10% shrinkage after first wash.
