The Sweet Dreams Self-Heating Eye Mask activates as soon as you open the Kraft paper packet. It reacts with oxygen in the air, creating an exo-thermic reaction (any science buffs will know this means that it gives out heat). The heat is a comfortably warm temperature that lasts for 30 - 40 minutes.

Simply place the mask over your eyes, fix the loops over your ears and the magic will begin to happen.

Self heating eye masks are perfect for helping dry eyes by creating a gentle steam through drawing in moisture from the surrounding air. Sufferers of insomnia will be equally delighted as many have reported on how the mask has helped them drift off to sleep.

We haven’t added any fragrance to our eye masks to keep them suitable for even the most sensitive of skins. We have made the mask using a soft cotton fibre which adds to the comfort, and you can compost this after use so you can be kind to yourself as well as the planet.
