The Conscious Seed started their business during the covid-19 lockdown when we realised how little we knew about growing our own food and how with a little space and time we could sow, grow, nurture and harvest our own produce for delicious salads, tasty veg, fresh smoothies and other satisfying dishes. The satisfaction of watching little seedlings grow and ripen in to fresh food was something that they wanted to share, and the greetings cards were born!
Packaging- Outer sleeve is made from food grade compostable film. Seed packaging - kraft paper envelope
How To Use
Sow & Grow:Â Sow indoors 0.5cm deep in a pot of compost. Seedlings appear 14-28 days. Keep moist & water well. Transplant to bigger pots 5cm when large enough to handle. Or sow thinly 1.5cm deep in a seed bed. Transplant seedlings when 10cm tall in rows 45cm apart. Allow 45cm between rows.
