Key Ingredients:
Yarrow: Is a herb steeped in mythology and traditional uses and is widely understood to benefit many ailments. Internally it can promote blood flow - particularly in the womb and digestive system. It stimulates menstruation and is an ally through your cycle.
Mugwort: Mugwort has been celebrated to promote menstruation. Mugwort also stimulates the pineal gland and is used to encourage dreaming and guided exploration during sleep.
Raspberry leaf: Besides the delicious and nutritious raspberry berries the leaves are also beneficial and have traditionally been used to support female reproductive health - particularly to help reduce PMS, cramping, regulating periods and easing transition through menopause.

How To Use
1tsp of Goddess tea per cup. Using freshly boiled water, allow to steep for between 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength. Drink mindfully for the full experience.
