Simply add 70cl of Gin to your mix and allow to infuse for a minimum of 24 hours. 48 hours will give you maximum flavour.

This particular mix contains the below ingredients to bring you a unique, delicious cocktail every time.

Cane sugar, lemon peel, blackberries 12.5%, flavour.

The key ingredient in this mix is the blackberries which gives a deep, fruity flavour to your cocktail.

Packaging - Glass jar with cork lid

Infuse with 70 cl of gin or fruit alcohol for minimum 24 hours. Filter. Enjoy as it is or use as a base for gin cocktails.

Store away from light and moisture.
