1. Wet your hair thoroughly.
2. Rub the shampoo bar between your hands or directly onto your scalp to create lather.
3. Massage the lather into your hair and scalp, focusing on the roots.
4. Rinse your hair thoroughly until all the shampoo is washed out.
5. Allow the shampoo bar to dry between uses to prolong its life.

Pregnant women should not use the anti-dandruff shampoo bar because it contains tea tree essential oil. The rest of the shampoos, including: normal, curly, oily and purple are safe to use during pregnancy as they do not contain any essential oils, phthalates, parabens, or sulphates.
