Description
Makes up to 6 espressos a timeÂ
A sustainable coffee maker that you can use at home. This Italian invention is a stove-top coffee maker that uses steam to pass boiling water through ground coffee. It was named after the city of Mocha in Yemen and quickly became a staple in Italian culture. By using one, you can enjoy delicious coffee while reducing your footprint as it produces minimal waste and requires little energy.
This super stylish percolator uses science for a perfect coffee every time. The build up of pressure forces water to pass through your coffee grounds, oxidising the coffee and bringing the natural deep flavours to life. Bringing the water temperature up from cold to boiling allows the coffee to be brewed at the best temperature for a delicious cup of coffee.
How It Works:Â
- Â After the cold water at the bottom is heated, the steam pressure is generated and squeezed toward the outlet.
- The steam passes through the middle of the powder bowl area, so that the coffee can be heated to extract and maintain the flavour.
- The extracted espresso is left in the upper pot from the central pipe.
Affordable, sustainable, durable and reusable, this coffee maker ticks all the boxes. Unlock your inner barista, after all, why shouldn't sustainability be delicious (and look good too)
