Alpine Strawberries Red & Cream:Â These sweet, wild and decorative strawberries are easy to grow and perfect to grow in pots, containers or hanging baskets. Delicious as a sweet treat alone, on cereal, in smoothies or homemade jams. Packed with nutrients and a favourite with kids, growing your own strawberries is fun and rewarding. High in vitamin C and vitamin A to boost the immune system and maintain hydration.
The Conscious Seed started their business during the covid-19 lockdown when we realised how little we knew about growing our own food and how with a little space and time we could sow, grow, nurture and harvest our own produce for delicious salads, tasty veg, fresh smoothies and other satisfying dishes. The satisfaction of watching little seedlings grow and ripen in to fresh food was something that they wanted to share, and the greetings cards were born!
