Thyme Herb:Â A classic fragrant herb that belongs in every chef's kitchen. A great addition to liven up roast potatoes, sauteed carrots or a favourite pasta dish. Thyme is known for its antibacterial properties and a reputation for its medicinal properties. Packed with vitamin C and a good source of vitamin A, Thyme can boost your immune system and promote overall wellness.
The Conscious Seed started their business during the covid-19 lockdown when we realised how little we knew about growing our own food and how with a little space and time we could sow, grow, nurture and harvest our own produce for delicious salads, tasty veg, fresh smoothies and other satisfying dishes. The satisfaction of watching little seedlings grow and ripen in to fresh food was something that they wanted to share, and the greetings cards were born!
