Why Are Rowdy Kind Bars Suitable For Skin & Hair?

Because kids’ skin is thinner and less oily than adult skin, Rowdy Kind have created a bar that won’t disrupt the skin’s natural barriers. That’s why Rowdy Kind bars are using the most gentle of cleansers, coupled with cocoa butter to moisturise skin. In addition, they have chosen ingredients that will maintain a neutral pH – about 6. Water in the UK is 7-8, skin is 5.5-6.6. So Rowdy Kind bars are matching your kids’ skin as much as possible.

What are CI numbers?

Rowdy Kind use mica to colour in their bars. They use Mica because it is extremely gentle, will never penetrate the skin barrier and rinses off without staining. Rowdy Kind use either synthetic mica, which is the same as the mica you'd find in nature but made in a lab, or natural mica where our supplier is able to illustrate the mica is sourced sustainably and ethically.
