Rubies In The Rubble range are made in the UK and packed with delicious ingredients that would otherwise have been waste, often because they're the wrong shape, size or colour.
Rubies In The Rubble delicious, smooth, creamy and garlicky Egg Free Mayo is made from aquafaba which is the common name for the cooking liquid chickpeas, which is often discarded. Their mission at Rubies is to make sure that no good food goes to waste. Aquafaba is protein-rich and what Rubies use as a substitute for eggs so that vegans can enjoy it too.
100% natural ingredients and vegan friendly.

How To Use
Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 8 weeks.
